The provided name will not be linked to any real person - all the data collected for the given name is data that is publicly available on the Internet.
We may collect and store the name you provide - the only information that you supply to us while using the Service.
The data for the provided name may be collected directly by us, or it may be collected by a third-party website hosting provider, or another third-party service provider, on our behalf.
We will not share the information you provide to us with third parties other than than the service providers that we use to collect the data neccessary for the Service.
The service gives only indicative information about the entered name. You agree take the Service on a "as-is" and "as available" basis.
The full results of the Service require a payment that can be done via SMS.
The full results work currently only in the United Kingdom.
LAPADOO SHALL NOT be liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular LAPADOO shall not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use , ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM YOUR USE OF LAPADOO SERVICES, OR ANY CONTENT, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES DISTRIBUTED ON OR PROVIDED THROUGH LAPADOO, WHETHER AS A RESULT OF ERRORS, OMISSIONS, PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, DEFECTS, VIRUSES, INTERRUPTIONS OR DELAYS IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE, whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law, or otherwise, even if LAPADOO has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may, in our sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Service at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications or revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
